OTL posts the opportunity in the private member area and takes online reservations. Then seat fillers pick up their free tickets at the venue right before the show.

Members pay monthly dues that average $10 in our preferred or busiest location, $4.00 in our on-call cities where shows aren’t as frequent, and £4 in London.

The cool thing is that members can also reserve anywhere from one to three extra tickets for guests! And, they never pay for any tickets provided by OTL, even though the general public could be paying 20, 50, or even 100 per seat.
