We fill seats for free!
The Free, Private, and Easy Way to Fill Some Seats, Increase Your F&B Income, and Introduce New Patrons to Your Awesome Show or Event!
When you anticipate open seats, why not fill them with seat fillers? It's the easiest, most effective marketing tool, and it doesn't cost you anything but free admission for the seat fillers!
Here's how it works:
- You let us know how many seats you want to fill (minimum of 4).
- We post your invitation in the private members-only area (we never promote the names of our partners!).
- We send a show alert to members (aka seat fillers).
- Members make online reservations.
- We sent the final reservation list to you.
- Seat fillers check in at your box office or other designated before showtime, and you distribute the comp tickets.
No money or tickets are ever exchanged. But, seat fillers tend to spend money on concessions and merchandise, so you get an additional benefit!
Are you promoting something unique? OTL Seat Fillers attend all kinds of things from classes to conferences to sporting events to festivals, and more!
Ticket Value
All opportunities (tickets or otherwise) offered to OTL Seat Fillers must have a value associated. OTL can't offer Seat Fillers any opportunities that are free to the general public.
100% Comps
Although the opportunities must have a value associated with them, they must be offered to OTL Seat Fillers as zero-value comps - no upcharges or fees attached.
You Handle Tickets
OTL compiles the Will Call List for you. But YOU handle tickets, check-in, or other distribution. Just keep in mind that if seats are involved, OTL member parties must be seated together.

- OTL posts the event information in the private members-only area
- A reservation list is compiled and sent to you
- You distribute the tickets or manage check-in (or we can provide seat fillers with e-tickets if you prefer)
