Do I pay for tickets at the venue?
No. Seat filler tickets are already covered through the invitation. Members pay membership dues for access to the private club and complimentary tickets, not per-ticket fees at the door.
Are invitations guaranteed?
No. Invitations depend on your city, partner availability, event dates, and how many seats entertainment partners release. Some cities are busier than others, and there are times that are busier than others.

What if I reserve seats and can’t attend?

What is the refund policy?
Payments made to the OTL Seat Fillers club are for membership dues and are not based on a specific number of tickets. While members can cancel anytime, membership dues already paid are non-refundable.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Members can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you will not be billed again, but access continues through the current paid period.
Are partner venues listed publicly?
No. Seat filler invitations are private to protect regular ticket sales and partner relationships. Public event calendars on OTL are separate from private seat filler invitations.
