When you anticipate open seats, OTL gives you a simple way to fill some of them with local seat fillers. It’s free for entertainment partners, private for your brand, and designed to support the energy of the room.

You provide complimentary admission for approved seat-filling opportunities. OTL posts the invitation privately, members reserve online, and you receive a reservation list before the event.

Members reserve online

Seat fillers claim available spots through OTL based on your allotment and event details.

We send you the reservation list, and your team handles tickets, will call, or check-in.

These help keep seat filling clean, clear, and fair for everyone involved.

Ticket value required

Seat-filling opportunities must have a value. OTL cannot offer opportunities that are already free to the general public.

100% complimentary

Tickets or admissions offered to OTL members must be true comps, with no upcharges or required fees attached.

You handle tickets

OTL provides the reservation list. Your team handles will call, check-in, ticket distribution, or e-ticket fulfillment.

More than theatre seats

OTL Seat Fillers can be a fit for many types of ticketed entertainment and experiences, including live theatre, comedy shows, music events, immersive entertainment, festivals, screenings, classes, conferences, and other events with admission value.

Minimum suggested allotment: 4 seats or admissions
Member invitations stay private
Regular ticket sales are protected from public discount messaging
Seat fillers may also bring additional value through concessions, drinks, merchandise, and future word-of-mouth
