What is your refund policy?
Cancel anytime; dues already paid are non-refundable. (Cancel before your next billing date to avoid new charges.)
How much do I pay for tickets?
No per-ticket fees from OTL. Your dues cover the tickets you reserve through member invitations when available.
How do I get the tickets?
Reserve in your member area → we send the will-call list → you pick up tickets at the venue box office before showtime. If no invitations are available, there’s nothing to reserve.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. US “Special” / London “Concessions” plans for seniors (60+), military/veterans, first responders, teachers/educational staff, and university students.
Anything I should know before registering?
We’re a club, not a broker. Invitations vary by city and season, partner names stay private, and you should only reserve if you’ll attend.
Do dues guarantee a certain number of tickets?
No. Dues provide access to private invitations when available. One invite can often offset dues, but invitations vary by city and season.
What are my plan options?
Three flavors with 2- or 4-seat plans: Preferred (busier US cities), On-Call (lighter volume US cities), and London. All start with a 3-month starter, then renew monthly—cancel anytime.
How much are the dues?
On-Call (US): $9.99/$14.99 for 3 months; then $3.65/$5.55 per month (2/4 seats).
London: £9.99/£14.99 for 3 months; then £3.65/£5.55 per month (2/4 seats).
Preferred (busy US): $29.99–$59.99 for 3 months; then $9.99–$15.99 per month (2/4 seats).
What about NYC pricing?
The Great NYC Seat Fillers Experiment: $12.99 total for a 2-seat membership for three months (no auto-renew). Join NYC.
What about the UK?
The UK pilot is postponed until next year. Add your email for updates and first dibs. Join the UK interest list.
2 vs 4 seats: do my guests pay, and do we sit together?
Your plan determines the number of complimentary seats (2 or 4), and your party sits together. Extra guests beyond your comp allotment buy regular tickets directly from the venue.
Can I change seat plans or switch cities later?
Yes—reach out and we’ll help you switch plans or choose the closest city (e.g., Denver–Boulder; South Florida covers Miami–Fort Lauderdale).
