What is your refund policy?
You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges, but dues that have already been paid are non-refundable.
Do I pay extra when I attend something?
No. OTL Seat Fillers members pay membership dues, and any opportunities posted in the member area are included with those dues. There is no additional charge to reserve eligible seats through OTL.
How does it work when I reserve seats?
It’s easy. You place your reservation through your OTL member area. OTL then compiles the reservation list for the venue, and your seats are confirmed according to that event’s instructions, typically at the box office or another designated check-in location shortly before showtime.
Do you offer other discounts?
Yes. OTL also offers a special discounted plan for eligible Preferred-level members in designated cities, including seniors, military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and students.
Is there anything else I should know before joining?
Yes. OTL Seat Fillers is a membership club, not a ticket broker. Invitations depend on availability, and even Preferred members may sometimes go a few weeks without an offer. At other times, there may be multiple opportunities available. On-Call memberships are designed for very occasional invitations, but they’re also a low-cost way to stay connected as we continue growing in each city.
