What is your refund policy?
While you can cancel your membership at any time and won't be charged again, dues that have been paid are non-refundable.
How much do I pay for tickets?
The answer to this question is ZERO. OTL Seat Fillers pay all-inclusive dues that cover any opportunities posted in the member area. Seat Fillers pay $0 (or £0) for individual tickets.
How do I get the tickets?
The process is super-easy. You make reservations in your OTL member area. OTL compiles a list for the venue, and then you pick up your tickets at the Box Office (or other designated location) right before the show.
Do you offer discounts?
OTL offers a discounted plan for Preferred-level members (in the ten designated cities). It's offered to seniors (60+), military, veterans, first responders, teachers, and students.
Is there anything else I should know before registering?
Yes. We can't stress enough that OTL is a Seat Fillers club and not a ticket broker. Even as a Preferred member, you could go for several weeks without any shows or events. But there could also be times when you have choices of fun things to do (and no limit to how many different events you can attend). Keep in mind that On-Call members will only have the very occasional opportunity. But the more members we get in a single city, the more entertainment partners we can secure.
