Items are custom-made and printed to order. Qualifying returns must be requested within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or by January 31 for orders placed between November 1 and December 31. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Original shipping fees are not refunded, and exchanged items are no longer eligible for refund.
