Items are custom-made and printed to order. Qualifying returns must be requested within 30 days of the expected delivery date, or by January 31 for orders placed between November 1 and December 31. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Original shipping fees are not refunded, and exchanged items are no longer eligible for refund. Full policy on the shipping and returns page.
