- Confirm the Details. We’ll review your request and confirm pricing, shipping, artwork requirements, and timing.
- Approve Your Proof. Check the spelling, names, dates, and layout on your digital proof before giving final approval.
- Pay Your PayPal Invoice. Your invoice will reflect the agreed order. No payment is collected through these forms.
- We Make Your Mugs. Customized orders may take up to ten business days to ship after both payment and final proof approval. Shipping transit time is additional.
Artwork & Personalization Guide.
Using Our Design?
- Send the production title, theatre or group name, year, and any other requested wording.
- Type wording exactly as you want it printed, including capitalization.
- If names or roles vary between mugs, list each version and its quantity.
- Include your requested delivery date. We’ll confirm whether we can meet it before accepting the order.
Sending Your Own Artwork?
- Print area: 7.9 inches wide × 3.9 inches high, in landscape orientation.
- Recommended resolution: 300 pixels per inch at final size—2370 × 1170 pixels for a full-size raster design.
- A high-resolution PNG or print-quality PDF is a good starting point for review. Avoid screenshots and small web images.
- Keep important text and artwork comfortably inside the edges. We’ll confirm placement on your proof.
- For large files or multiple files, use a shared download link accessible to us.
- Submit only artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
A logo or a design idea alone is not a finished mug layout. If you need layout work, tell us so we can quote it separately.
Your Proof Is the Final Check.
Screen colors and printed colors can differ. We’ll review the artwork and show the proposed layout before production. Each mug is individually made, so minor color and placement variations may occur.

Customized orders may take up to ten business days to ship after payment and final proof approval. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping transit time is additional.
Ordering for opening night, closing night, or a group celebration? Include that date in your request. We’ll confirm timing before accepting your order. We’ll do our best to get every order out sooner. Orders use standard shipping; contact us before ordering to discuss expedited options and any additional cost.

Published shipping charges cover one US delivery address. Orders of 51 or more mugs ship free.
UK mug plans are underway. In the meantime, London seat filler membership gifts are available without a mug.

These mugs are made for your order, so change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted. We’ll help resolve damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please check your proof carefully: customer-approved spelling, names, dates, and artwork are not production errors.

What Is the Minimum Order?
Six mugs. The per-mug price depends on your quantity and whether you personalize our design or supply your own finished artwork.
Can Different Mugs Have Different Names or Roles?
Tell us what you have in mind and include each version and its quantity. We’ll confirm any additional personalization charges in your quote before you approve the order.
Can You Create a Design From My Idea?
Describe your idea in the custom mug form. New artwork, substantial layout changes, and repairs to supplied files are quoted separately from the published print-ready artwork prices.
Do I Pay When I Submit the Form?
No. We’ll confirm your order details and quote, arrange proof approval, and send a PayPal invoice. Production starts after payment and final artwork approval.
What Size Are the Mugs, and Are They Dishwasher Safe?
Our featured Cast & Crew mug is a 15 oz glossy black ceramic mug. Customer-supplied designs can be printed on black or white mugs. These mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
