1. A Membership Club

OTL Seat Fillers is a family-run membership club open to everyone who wants to participate. It’s not a business, and we don’t operate it like one. It’s a community of entertainment enthusiasts supporting local arts and entertainment and enjoying the opportunity to reserve free pairs of tickets.

There are no meetings – just event opportunities! Members pay nothing more than low monthly membership dues. They can cancel or change plans at any time.

2. Low Membership Dues Cover Everything

If you’re excited to be a seat filler, you don’t need to worry about hidden costs with OTL. Everything is upfront and all you pay are membership dues.

Any tickets you receive are free – with no upcharges, fees, or other crazy add-ons. What you see is what you get – and that’s comp tickets!

3. Shows Are Not Always Posted

Please don’t confuse OTL with ticket brokers like Ticketmaster, Brown Paper Tickets, Eventbrite, or any resellers. OTL is NOT a ticket broker. It’s a seat fillers club.

So, unlike ticket brokers, OTL isn’t a shopping site. Sometimes there could be more than one opportunity available in your area, while other times, there might be a few weeks without anything posted. It depends on the events happening in your area and the needs of OTL’s entertainment partners.

4. The Top Opportunities for Seat Fillers are Theatre and Comedy

While OTL has offered a few big-name concerts here and there, concert tickets aren’t the easiest to come by for seat fillers. So, if you’re a concertgoer and you don’t care about plays, musicals, comedy shows, and other special events, please don’t join. This isn’t the club for you.

OTL Seat Fillers is more of a club for theatre lovers. Most members jump at the chance to see plays and musicals. But, additionally, they’re open to trying new things – attending burlesque shows, ballet, unique sporting events, etc.

5. It’s Fun!

Seriously. Being a seat filler really is fun – and it’s not just about the free tickets (although they’re the main attraction!).

It’s also pretty cool when you’re sitting at your desk or in your comfy armchair with no plans on the books. Then, all of a sudden, you get an email alert about a show you’ve been wanting to see.
