
Applausewear Shipping & Returns
Applausewear products featured on OTL Seat Fillers are custom-made and fulfilled through Dashery. Shipping options, delivery timing, exchanges, returns, and payment methods may vary based on the items ordered and the destination selected at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery destination. Printing and processing time are included in all delivery estimates, and business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Unless otherwise noted, final delivery is typically completed by the local postal service in the destination country. Shipping is available to many destinations, including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

- International orders shipped from US fulfillers: International, International Plus*
- UK orders shipped from UK fulfillers: Royal Mail, DPD Courier Express
- European orders shipped from European fulfillers: Local Postal Service (no tracking; exact method and timing vary by country), DPD Courier Express (full tracking; timing varies by country)*
- Australian orders shipped from Australian fulfillers: AusPost Standard, AusPost Express
- Canadian orders shipped from Canadian fulfillers: Standard
*Some shipping methods may not be available in all countries.
For orders shipped through European, Canadian, or Australian fulfillment centers, estimated delivery times vary and are shown at checkout. Customs duties and fees are not calculated at the time of purchase and may apply depending on the destination.
Please note that Standard shipments are typically transferred to and delivered by the local postal service. In the United States, final delivery is usually made by USPS, so customers should make sure the shipping address entered is a valid mailing address.
Exchanges
All items are custom-made and printed just for you. If the size ordered is not right, a free size exchange may be available.
Returns
Returns may be available for qualifying orders and must be requested within 30 days of the expected delivery date. For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, return requests may be submitted through January 31. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
Approved returns are refunded minus the original shipping charges paid on the order. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out with a photo of the issue so it can be reviewed. Damaged items generally do not need to be returned.
Payments
Dashery stores accept most major credit cards, along with PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Credit card-style gift cards are also accepted as long as the value covers the full order total. Only one payment method may be used per order.
Checks, money orders, wire transfers, and cash-on-delivery are not accepted. Charges may appear on billing statements as TeePublic.
